Head of Traffic Monetisation

As Head of Traffic Monetization, you will be responsible for the strategic management and growth of

the Traffic Monetization division. Your main tasks will include the management of an account

management team responsible for the acquisition and support of search arbitrage partners. In

addition, you will assume commercial responsibility for the entire Traffic Monetization division,

including Domain Parking and Referral Traffic (Search Arbitrage).

Your tasks:

Leading an account management team to acquire and support search arbitrage partners

Strategic alignment of the traffic monetization area and ensuring financial success

Direct reporting to the management and active cooperation with other departments

Development and implementation of business development strategies to increase sales

Development and monitoring of KPIs and responsibility for the P&L of the division

Your profile:

Proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally with a focus on search arbitrage

Successful leadership positions in a similar environment

Strong understanding of business development and the ability to identify and realize new

business opportunities.

Proven ability to work effectively with KPIs and manage P&L

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams.

As Head of Traffic Monetization you will have significant responsibility for the commercial success of

the business and play a key role in shaping the Traffic Monetization strategy.
