Customer Success Manager

Were seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager (CSM). Youll manage relationships with SSPs and DSPs, driving growth and optimizing partnerships. A relationship builder with strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, youll work closely with cross-functional teams, attend business summits, and deliver solutions to meet partners' needs. Native-level English and excellent presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow key accounts with top SSP/DSP partners.

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.

  • Collaborate across departments (Sales, Product, and Support) to enhance customer success.

  • Maintain a technical understanding of our products to ensure they meet industry needs.

  • Represent the company at international business events.


Requirements:

  • 3-4 years in Customer Success within ad tech a must.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to meet retention and growth targets, using analytical insights. Experience with the Ad Tech eco system

  • Familiarity with DSP/SSP platforms and IN-APP ecosystems is a must.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant experience.
