Google Ad Manager Specialist

We are looking for a Google Ad Manager Specialist to manage our MCM (Multiple Customer  Management) account and oversee relationships with both publishers and demand partners. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, independent, and results-driven, with hands-on  experience in managing publisher and advertiser relationships using Google Ad Manager. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and optimize the companys MCM account on Google Ad Manager. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with publishers, ensuring optimal ad placements and  performance. 

  • Develop and manage demand relationships, ensuring alignment with company goals  and revenue growth. 

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, ensuring they meet KPIs and  revenue targets. 

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on campaign performance  and publisher relationships. 

  • Explore new ways to scale and improve publisher and advertiser partnerships. 

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience in managing Google Ad Manager (MCM experience preferred).

  • Proven experience managing publisher and demand-side relationships. 

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from campaign data and optimize  accordingly. 

  • High proficiency with Google programs, especially Google Ad Manager and Excel. 

  • Strong communication, sales, business development and negotiation skills. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. 

  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and self-driven personality. 

  • Fluent or native English Must. Other languages an advantage.
