Head of Media Buying
We are looking for a Head of Media Buying for our client operating in the AdTech and Lead Generation space.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the media buying department, ensuring performance and ROI targets are met

Develop and implement acquisition strategies across Facebook, TikTok, and Native platforms (Outbrain, Taboola, MGID, Newsbreak)

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to drive high-quality leads and user acquisition

Analyze campaign performance data (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate) and make data-driven optimization decisions

Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop, test, and scale winning ad concepts

Work with technical teams to troubleshoot tracking, pixel, and funnel-related issues

Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging traffic sources

Maintain accurate daily reports, dashboards, and campaign tracking

Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across channels and team members
Requirements

3+ years of experience in media buying (Lead Generation preferred)

1+ year of experience in a Team Lead or managerial role

Proven experience managing large daily budgets with consistent ROI

Strong expertise in Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Native platforms

Deep understanding of Lead Generation funnels and conversion optimization

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
